Carolyn Fredericks - Since her 20s, Fredericks has Carolyn Fredericks - Since her 20s, Fredericks has been dedicated to serving senior citizens within the Modern Maturity Center in Dover, Delaware which utilizes Meals on Wheels as one of their services. As an employee for 52 years, half of which she has spent being the president and CEO, Fredericks has changed the lives of many seniors. Her dedication to serving her community led her to be inducted into the Delaware Women's Hall of Fame in 2022.

In the past few years, there's been a lot of uncertainty. For seniors who live alone and can't access food or transportation easily, this can be an especially tough time. Luckily for these folks, Meals on Wheels Delaware exists. Since 1996, we've strived to ensure that every senior in Delaware who requests help with a home-delivered meal is able to receive the nutritional support they need, without being put on a waitlist.
