Maria Matos - As the president and CEO of the Lati Maria Matos - As the president and CEO of the Latin American Community Center in Wilmington, Delaware, Matos has made a lasting impact on the state of Delaware. During her time, Matos has expanded the center’s programs, increased community partnerships, and secured vital funding while helping Delaware’s Latino and immigrant families. Matos was inducted to the Delaware Women's Hall of Fame in 2019 due to her impactful work.
