Sign up for two hours during the event to help manage the logistics or join a planning committee.
Volunteers assist by managing the auction, greeters, selling tickets, cleaning up. Volunteers are asked to volunteer for a minimum of two hours and are then able to enjoy the rest of the event.
Times: 5:30-7:30; 7:30-9:30
The planning committee is responsible for all aspects of the events success. The Committee oversees all logistics, volunteers, traffic flow and patterns of attendees, equipment, security requirements, flowers and decorations, music, and any additional event needs. Committees meet once a month for about 9 months to strategize the event details. The committee recruits’ chefs, plans the auction, secures sponsorship support, promotes the events via social media, leverages their relationships to add value and fresh perspectives to the events. The committees typically have about 10-15 members from the community.
